  First time there, went in for my prescription and it was ready unlike my previous pharmacy(who will remain nameless to protect the ____,well you can fill that in !!) that would make me wait over a week to get my prescription! Then it was $$ cheaper!!! By far CVS is a much more superior pharmacy than my last pharmacy.

  The Pharmacy sucks! I've waited up to 30 mins in the drive-thru for a prescription with only one car ahead of me. Other times I drive up and no one is in line. Yet I'm sitting there 10 mins before anyone even comes to the window. I now just go in to get my prescriptions. At times I'm ignored, other times given major attitude or just standing there because they'd rather talk to other customers about the recent basketball game. There are many GREAT staff members, but the couple that are not ruin it for all of them. I even had one of the girls eye roll me and tell me to make a call she would have done to my insurance company (her screw up). Really? I gave her attitude right back until she realized she was being a b!tch. I think she finally got fired because she's never there anymore. Today I have wasted 30 mins of my life on hold for not a single person in the pharmacy to pick up the phone. Not even "Can you please hold". I'm not even sure if they hear the phone ringing on their end. It's so frustrating! I call the main number to let them know something must be wrong with the phones to get a busy signal for 8 mins. I'll be finding a new pharmacy moving forward.
